Our industrial patterns are constructed using top quality woods such as yellow pine and mahogany and polyurethane resin. Working in conjunction with foundries, the Pattern Shop provides customers with high quality, cost-effective solutions.

The Emmanuel Pattern Shop is a thriving company of professionals, which maintains the highest standards of quality. Our highly skilled pattern makers have years of experience and can deliver industrial patterns for castings of the highest quality and complexity.

Export Packers :

Drawing on the craftsmanship and experience within the Work Shop, the company designs and manufactures custom-made packaging for goods using a variety of materials including white pine, plywood and OSB (Oriented Strand Board). This packaging facility covers all types of fragile goods, including electrical units, which can be packed in vacuumed foil bags for long term storage in different climatic conditions. Tip & tilt packaging is also available to ensure safe transportation worldwide. We can design and build to suit your specification and can meet any production order in the small to medium batch market.

Foundry Tooling :

We perform pattern/corebox design and construction, gating and risering, alterations to existing tooling, and castability enhancements.

Casting Supplier :

Operating in the Cast Products market as we do, we have built up a wide range of contacts across the whole range of casting supply. From simple products to complex Automotive Castings we can consult on and supply Ferrous /Non Ferrous Castings from one-off's to large batches. If your needs require castings, by utilising our foundry connections and expertise in the area you can be assured of getting fast results.

Patterns are manufactured utilising the latest CAD / CAM and CNC technology also by manual.

We can work from a variety of input media such as hard copy drawings, CAD drawings, CAD surface and solid models or from existing physical models or patterns.
